SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

Sending is carried out by the courier service “Nova Poshta” on the day of order*.
*Subject to confirmation of the order by the manager before 16:00.
Delivery time in Ukraine is 1-2 business days.

📦 All shipments are made promptly:

🕘 On working days from Monday to Friday.

The order is stored at the recipient’s branch for 5 days, after which it is returned. In case of resending or refunding the returned order, the amount of transportation costs paid by the company will be deducted from the order amount.
❗️ When you receive the goods at the Nova Poshta branch, be sure to check the quantity, integrity and appearance of the goods!
If the goods are damaged or incomplete, you must refuse to receive the goods and pay for them, and record and draw up an act (claim). In case of such situations, please contact us.

COST OF DELIVERY
Delivery for orders up to 1999 UAH is at YOUR EXPENSE.
Delivery for orders from 2000 UAH – free of charge 🎁

PICKUP IN KYIV
None, we work only online ✅

PAYMENT
– Payment for the order is made on the website by phone/payment card via LiqPay [add icon].
– Payment by bank details (you will receive them by email and/or Viber)
– Upon receipt of the goods at the Nova Poshta branch In case of cash on delivery, the carrier charges an additional fee for the cash on delivery service in the amount of 2% of the amount + 20 UAH.

The goods are shipped AFTER confirmation of receipt of payment.
