EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS OF GOOD QUALITY

Pursuant to Article 9 of the Law, a consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar product if the product does not satisfy him or her in terms of shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.

The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase. Goods of good quality may be exchanged if they have not been used and if their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the payment document issued to the consumer together with the goods sold are preserved.

If at the time of the exchange a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other products from the available assortment with the corresponding recalculation of the cost, or to terminate the contract and receive a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned product, or to exchange the product for a similar product as soon as the relevant product is put on sale. The seller is obliged to notify the consumer requesting the exchange of goods on the day the goods are put on sale.

Thus, you can exchange a non-food product of good quality for another, similar one if:

– no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase;

– the goods have not been used;

– the presentation of the goods, its consumer properties, all seals, labels, etc. are preserved

– the payment document that the consumer received with the goods has been preserved;

– the goods are not included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange.

You can return goods of good quality and get a refund if all of the above conditions are met and the similar product required by the buyer is not on sale.

When a sales contract is terminated, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. Refunds are made to a bank card within 3 business days.

ADDRESS AND METHOD OF EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF THE GOODS

1) Pack the unused goods with tags, labels and stickers (if they were part of the parcel) together with a copy of the invoice or invoice for new mail.

2) Pack the goods well to avoid damage.

Please note that the return service is paid by the customer in accordance with the tariffs of postal companies. In case of non-payment, the parcel will be returned to the sender (client).

Please do not send the parcel by cash on delivery. In this case, we will not be able to receive it and it will be returned to you.

METHODS AND TERMS OF MONEY REFUND

We will refund the money to your bank card:

– If you paid for your order with a credit card online, we will automatically refund the money to the same card or send you a coupon for the corresponding amount that you can use on your next purchase.

– If you chose to pay by cash on delivery, we will refund the money to the card you provide when submitting the application or send you a coupon for the corresponding amount that you can use on your next purchase.

Terms of refund:

Refunds are made to your bank card within 3 business days.

SELLER’S RESPONSIBILITY

The seller is responsible for the fact that the goods sold have the qualities and properties specified by the manufacturer, are in the specified quantity and are fit for the specified purpose. The seller is responsible for defects in the goods that occurred during the warranty period.

The seller is not responsible for defects in the goods if:

– The goods were damaged by the buyer,

– the buyer was aware of the defects upon receipt of the goods, and therefore was given a discount on the goods,

– the complaint contradicts the nature or composition of the goods, in particular the expiration date of the goods, and therefore a discount was granted on the price of the goods,

– the defects arose during the warranty period due to wear and tear of the goods, their improper or excessive use, or the defects arose after the expiration of the shelf life of the goods,

– defects are caused by interference by the buyer or another person with the goods or their composition.

After the complaint is processed, the buyer will receive a notification about the processing of the complaint and the method of resolving this complaint. If the buyer claims a defect, the seller will duly verify the claim and decide on further resolution within a maximum of 3 days. The seller is obliged to settle the complaint within a maximum of 30 days from the date of filing the complaint.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

In the event of defects in the goods that the consumer has discovered during the warranty period, he or she is entitled to free elimination of defects. In the event of defects that cannot be eliminated and that interfere with the proper use of the goods, the consumer has the right to exchange the goods or cancel the purchase and receive a refund of the purchase price. If the defect can be eliminated, but if the defects reappear after the repair, the consumer cannot use the goods properly, he or she has the right to exchange the goods or receive a refund. In the case of insurmountable defects that do not interfere with the proper use of the goods, the consumer is entitled to a discount on the price of the goods.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the law on personal data protection. The User agrees that the site administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Website of the online store info@mstnutrition.ua, including the delivery of the Goods. At the same time, the site administration undertakes to delete personal data from its database at the request of the consumer, without explaining the reasons at any time.
